Cred Units (CUs) are Cred Protocol's billing metric for API usage. Each API endpoint consumes a specific number of Cred Units based on computational complexity—simple score lookups use fewer CUs than comprehensive multi-chain reports. Free plans include 1,000 CUs/month, while Pro plans offer 100,000 CUs/month.

The Credit Scoring API generates on-chain credit scores (300-1000 scale) for any Ethereum address using our Andromeda scoring model. It analyzes transaction history, DeFi positions, token holdings, and wallet age to produce a creditworthiness score similar to traditional FICO scores but for Web3 wallets. Scores are categorized as Excellent (800+), Very Good (740-799), Good (670-739), Fair (580-669), or Low (300-579).

The Credit Reporting API provides comprehensive credit reports for blockchain addresses, aggregating data across 10+ networks including Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum, Base, and Optimism. Reports include asset balances, DeFi positions (lending, borrowing, staking), NFT holdings, transaction history, and identity attestations—giving you a complete financial profile of any wallet.

Identity Attestations are verified proofs of identity and reputation associated with a blockchain address. Cred Protocol aggregates attestations from ENS domains, Gitcoin Passport (humanity verification), POAPs (proof of attendance), Worldcoin, and other on-chain credentials. These help establish trust and verify that addresses belong to real, reputable users rather than bots or sybil accounts.

Batch Scoring lets you request individual credit scores for multiple wallet addresses in a single API call—ideal for scoring user lists or leaderboards. Aggregate Scoring combines multiple addresses into a single unified score, perfect for multi-sig wallets, portfolio analysis, or joint account assessments. Both features are available on Pro plans.

Credit Monitoring webhooks notify your application in real-time when significant events occur for watched addresses—such as large transfers, liquidations, new DeFi positions, or credit score changes. Configure webhooks to monitor specific events across multiple chains and protocols including Aave, Compound, Uniswap, and more. Available on Pro and Enterprise plans.

The Sandbox environment provides unlimited free API requests with deterministic mock data for development and testing.
